Richard founded the agency with national carriers, frustrated by the way captive agents had to push one product regardless of fit. He set out to build something different: an independent shop in Davenport that could shop the entire market and tell clients the truth.
Today the agency is licensed in Florida plus ten additional states, with appointments at more than 30 A-rated carriers. Richard still answers the phone personally, still does new-client intake himself, and still sits on your side of the table when a claim goes sideways.
